Pythia provides market data, historical prices, and analytical tooling for prediction markets (currently Polymarket and Kalshi) via API and Model Context Protocol endpoints. Pythia is a data service only: it does not operate markets, accept deposits, execute trades, or provide investment advice.
All data, probabilities, and backtest results are informational. Past patterns do not predict future outcomes. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and may be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. API keys are personal; do not share or resell access. We may rate-limit or suspend keys for abuse.
Data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Upstream sources may change or fail. Redistribution or resale of bulk data requires a separate license.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pythia's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for trading losses of any kind.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
